Malina Roshan founded Roshan Law in 2010. With over 15 years as a family and criminal law lawyer, she regularly appears in the Superior Court of Justice and Ontario Court of Justice. She has also appeared as counsel before the Ontario Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.

What is your experience with cases similar to mine? Trial experience?

Malina Roshan has experience with all aspects of family law litigation including parenting, complex property division and child and spousal support claims, with over 15 years of trial experience both at the Superior Court of Justice and Ontario Court of Justice. She has appeared as trial counsel for family law cases, criminal defence cases, and as a crown prosecutor.
